My ’69 Mustang Fastback
This page is for my ’69 Ford Mustang Fastback, which I purchased in 1978 for $500 needing considerable work. When I started this project, I knew very little about working on cars or bodywork. I learned everything through How To books like “How to rebuild your small-block Ford”, through the school of hard knocks, and with some help from classmates like David Kepler and his brother Ernie. We helped each other on our vehicles. I had my Mustang, and David with his F250’s. My dad had a pole-barn with a concrete floor, a perfect place for us to work – even if it wasn’t heated in the winter. We did engine swaps and about every repair imaginable. I could go on, but this page is about my Mustang. Follow the links below for more.
